The Agency Sales Leader will spearhead the recruitment, training, and leadership of a team of financial advisors to drive sales growth within a specific area. This role requires creating a motivated team, developing actionable sales plans, and ensuring advisors meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract, recruit, and onboard a diverse team of financial advisors.
- Provide training programs to help agents improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and client relationship-building techniques.
- Set clear sales goals for the team, track their progress, and offer continuous performance feedback and coaching.
- Design and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the business.
- Guide agents in engaging with high-value prospects and clients, cultivating long-term business relationships.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- 3+ years of experience in native or residential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
