Job Description:
The Agency Sales Leader will spearhead the recruitment, training, and leadership of a team of financial advisors to drive sales growth within a specific area. This role requires creating a motivated team, developing actionable sales plans, and ensuring advisors meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract, recruit, and onboard a diverse team of financial advisors.
  • Provide training programs to help agents improve their sales skills, product knowledge, and client relationship-building techniques.
  • Set clear sales goals for the team, track their progress, and offer continuous performance feedback and coaching.
  • Design and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the business.
  • Guide agents in engaging with high-value prospects and clients, cultivating long-term business relationships.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in native or residential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
