We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a specific unit, lead a sales team, and drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned unit
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach
  Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive results
