- Set achievable sales targets and monitor performance against these goals.
- Ensure clients receive top-tier service and handle concerns efficiently.
- Oversee the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to support agency goals.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
- Regularly assess agent performance, offering coaching to improve results.
- Provide performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Create and implement strategies to drive profitability and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Graduation required.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate agents and build client relationships.
