The Agency Team Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of agents, setting sales goals, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall agency performance. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team of agents.
- Set clear sales objectives and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues.
- Lead marketing and promotional campaigns to increase business visibility.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Continuously monitor agent performance and provide targeted coaching.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Graduation required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any field.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Leadership skills to guide a team towards achieving sales and business goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both agents and clients.
