Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team in Bellary. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales, and a strong ability to build client relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field sales.
Generate and qualify leads to sell products/services to individual and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide after-sales service for customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance and client interactions in CRM software.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in direct sales, B2B, or B2C.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Bellary and nearby areas to meet clients.
