Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Lead the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage CRM systems and sales tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align operational processes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and metrics to senior management.
- Provide support and training to the sales team on tools and best practices.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any field.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
