Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bijapur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure business growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Promote and sell company products/services through various sales techniques.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance product knowledge.
Travel within Bijapur and nearby areas to expand customer base and sales opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within Bijapur and nearby locations.
