Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Bijapur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings to generate sales.
Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop growth strategies.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and post-sales support.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bijapur and nearby areas.
