We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Representative to drive business development within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with insurance brokers, independent agents, and financial partners.
- Train and support partners on insurance products, policies, and sales strategies to enhance their ability to sell effectively.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop tailored sales plans and drive new business opportunities.
- Track partner performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 to 4 experience in channel sales
- Strong understanding of insurance products
- Excellent communication
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work independently
