Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Representative to drive business development within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with insurance brokers, independent agents, and financial partners.
  • Train and support partners on insurance products, policies, and sales strategies to enhance their ability to sell effectively.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop tailored sales plans and drive new business opportunities.
  • Track partner performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve productivity and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 4 experience in channel sales
  • Strong understanding of insurance products
  • Excellent communication
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work independently
