Job Description
Our team is in need of a Financial Sales Manager who prioritizes results, to guide our personnel, formulate effective strategies, enhance revenue streams, and guarantee exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee designated bank branches and point-of-sale (POS) systems to meet brokerage objectives.
- Facilitate the opening of a minimum of 75 Demat accounts each month in alignment with the sales budget.
- Conduct three client meetings each day and visit the assigned branches regularly.
- Ensure the effective implementation of promotional activities and contests. Promote the activation and improvement of the POS/Br system.
- Coordinate four training sessions each month for partners and bank personnel.
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly management information system (MIS) reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in BFSI products/services, with a focus on broking.
- Domain Expertise Familiarity with broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
- Possession of a vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is required.
- Proficient in relationship management and knowledgeable about financial products.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
