As the Bancassurance Partnership Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between the bank and insurance products, cultivating relationships with bank staff and management to promote the sale of insurance products. Your role is critical in driving growth, enhancing performance, and meeting targets within the bank’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with bank branches to ensure consistent insurance product sales.
- Leverage the bank’s customer database to identify opportunities for cross-selling insurance products.
- Train and coach bank employees to identify potential leads and improve sales performance.
- Achieve sales targets by driving insurance sales through the bank’s network.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs and financial goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Track sales performance, leads, and customer interactions to monitor progress and provide reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- 3+ years of residence or native experience in the region.
- Knowledge of insurance and banking operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
