Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Agency Development Manager (ADM) to drive business growth by building and managing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BFSI or FMCG sales, team leadership, and recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to expand the agency network, develop new business opportunities, and lead a motivated sales team to success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents/advisors to drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and productivity targets.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance management to the team.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the agency network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
Ensure high engagement levels of advisors through regular training and motivation.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and networking activities to drive business development.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in BFSI & FMCG (Mandatory).
Proven team handling, recruitment, and leadership experience.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for sustainable growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong decision-maker.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
