Job Summary :
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to expand and strengthen our agency network in Hassan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents/advisors, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents/advisors for business growth.
Build and implement strategic sales and recruitment plans to increase market presence.
Drive business generation through advisor productivity and client acquisition.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance advisor performance.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Conduct field visits and meetings to support advisors in client acquisition.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI & FMCG (Mandatory).
Strong experience in team recruitment, training, and leadership.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and target achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and execute sales strategies for business growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data-driven sales analytics.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
