Job Summary:

We are seeking an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) to drive recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing agency network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring and mentoring advisors/agents, ensuring their productivity, and achieving business growth. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic sales environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents to drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales and recruitment plans to expand the agency network.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs for advisors.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct field visits and client meetings to support advisors in lead generation.
Drive advisor productivity through goal-setting, motivation, and performance tracking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Profile :

Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in BFSI & FMCG.
Proven experience in team recruitment, training, and leadership.
Strong expertise in sales, business development, and target achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for business expansion.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
