Job Description
An Outside Sales Executive job involves generating leads, building relationships with clients through in-person meetings, and closing sales deals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through face-to-face interactions.
- Negotiating terms and conditions and closing sales deals.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and providing regular reports.
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Ability to adjust to different situations and clients.
