Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, expand our client base, and maximize revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and capture business opportunities in Bangalore’s dynamic market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage client accounts effectively.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches.
Drive brand awareness and market penetration through strategic initiatives.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for business growth.
Participate in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings to enhance business prospects.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI/FMCG preferred).
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
