Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive business growth through channel partners and distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing channel relationships, driving sales performance, and expanding market reach in the assigned region. This role requires strong networking abilities, strategic planning, and execution skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and agents.
Drive sales through channel partners by implementing effective sales strategies.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.
Conduct training and development sessions for channel partners to enhance productivity.
Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives and optimize sales operations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop business strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong brand representation.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
Experience in managing channel sales, distributors, or agency networks preferred.
Strong ability to develop relationships, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to analyze market data and implement strategic plans.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
