The Territory Sales Manager spearheads business growth within an assigned area by recruiting, developing, and overseeing a team of skilled financial agents to achieve sales targets and strengthen market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and rally financial advisors to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Design and deploy strategic initiatives to hit business milestones.
  • Pinpoint growth opportunities and tweak tactics based on performance metrics.
  • Offer continuous guidance, feedback, and resources to enhance agent success.
  • Study market trends, customer behaviors, and rival strategies.
  • Enable agents with proven techniques to capture high-value markets.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (any sector).
  • Track record of achieving sales objectives and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Superior communication skills for fostering agent and client relationships.
