Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and rally financial advisors to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Design and deploy strategic initiatives to hit business milestones.
- Pinpoint growth opportunities and tweak tactics based on performance metrics.
- Offer continuous guidance, feedback, and resources to enhance agent success.
- Study market trends, customer behaviors, and rival strategies.
- Enable agents with proven techniques to capture high-value markets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (any sector).
- Track record of achieving sales objectives and leading teams.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Superior communication skills for fostering agent and client relationships.
