Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and expand our agency sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of agents, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance in the assigned region.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of sales agents to achieve business targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor new agents to ensure high performance and productivity.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide guidance.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance agent productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales reports, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Candidate Profile:
2+ years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling (Mandatory).
Strong team leadership and people management skills.
Excellent sales acumen and ability to drive business growth.
Proven track record in agent recruitment, training, and retention.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance tracking.
Ability to work independently and manage a large sales force.
Willingness to travel and actively participate in field sales activities.
