Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Associate Agency Development Manager to expand our sales network by recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, business expansion, and team management within the BFSI or FMCG sector.

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales agents/advisors.
Drive business growth by implementing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets.
Develop strong relationships with agents, channel partners, and clients.
Conduct field visits and on-the-job training to enhance team productivity.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure achievement of sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents to improve their sales skills.
Collaborate with management to enhance sales operations and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling (Mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to motivate and train a team of sales agents.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business expansion.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting.
Willingness to travel and engage in on-ground sales activities.
