Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious Associate Agency Development Manager to drive business expansion by recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of sales agents. The role involves building a strong distribution network, ensuring high agent productivity, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, relationship management, and sales skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales agents/advisors.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to enhance agent productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support agent performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Organize and participate in sales meetings, training workshops, and business development activities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with exposure to BFSI, FMCG, or Team Handling (Mandatory).
Strong recruitment and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and market analysis.
Willingness to travel for business expansion and team support.
