Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales activities in the Pune – Aundh region.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team for improved performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Pune – Aundh.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Knowledge of the local market and customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
