Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team of sales professionals in an assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a hands-on approach to business development. The ideal candidate should have the ability to identify market opportunities, build relationships, and exceed sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned area.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives to ensure productivity.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competition.
Drive sales performance, set targets, and monitor team progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and sales presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
Experience in team management, coaching, and leadership.
Strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage client relationships.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, track performance, and drive results.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
