Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Line Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives, drive revenue growth, and expand business opportunities in the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and a result-oriented approach to achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and convert potential customers through direct sales and networking.
Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring targets are met.
Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and mentoring for the team.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-ups, contract closures, and customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales operations.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or related sectors).
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and strategy development.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and drive results.
