Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen. This role involves traveling to different locations, interacting with customers, and closing sales deals efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new potential customers through field visits and networking.
Promote company products/services and provide personalized sales solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Handle negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance reports.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or similar industries preferred).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Highly motivated and goal-driven with a customer-focused approach.
