Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive – Field Sales to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell company products or services by explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist clients with queries.
- Maintain a database of prospects and regularly follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
