Job Overview:
The Channel Sales Manager drives sales through indirect channels like resellers, distributors, and partners. They build relationships, manage partner performance, and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Recruit and onboard new partners.
- Provide sales enablement and training to partners.
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.).
- Manage partner incentives and negotiate contracts.
- Forecast sales and report progress to senior management.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
- 1-2 years of Sales experience.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
- Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
