Sales – BFSI Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our BFSI team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain and promote BFSI products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, investment plans, and banking services.
• Identify and approach potential customers for financial products through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Educate customers about financial products, benefits, and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Keep up-to-date with BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• 1-3 years of sales experience in BFSI
• Strong communication
• Ability to work independently
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with banking & financial regulations is a plus
