Job Summary:
We are hiring a results-driven Digital Banking Sales Officer to expand our customer base and promote digital financial solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales and have a strong understanding of digital banking services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard customers for digital banking products like online accounts, UPI, and mobile banking.
• Educate clients on the benefits and secure usage of digital banking platforms.
• Drive sales through lead generation, referrals, and customer engagement.
• Build strong relationships to increase digital adoption and customer retention.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in BFSI or sales is required.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
• Familiarity with digital banking trends and financial services.
• Local candidates aged up to 28 preferred for better market understanding.
