- Offer consistent mentorship, support, and feedback to agents for sustained success.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to spot business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments to assist agents in meeting their goals.
- Ensure all sales activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3-9 years in sales or business development, with insurance experience preferred.
- Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage successful teams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in leveraging data to drive strategic growth.
