Job Description

Unit Sales Manager in the BFSI sector is responsible for leading a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set sales goals for the group and use performance monitoring and motivation to make sure they are met.
  • Establish and put into action marketing strategies to boost company profits.
  • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with clients and business associates.
  • Make sales reports and deliver them to management.
  • On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is must
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in team management
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to drive sales performance
  • Knowledge of financial products
  • Prefer local candidate
