A Unit Sales Manager in the BFSI sector is responsible for leading a sales team.

- Establish and put into action marketing strategies to boost company profits.
- Develop and preserve a solid rapport with clients and business associates.
- Make sales reports and deliver them to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- 2-4 years of experience in sales
- Experience in team management
- Strong communication
- Ability to drive sales performance
- Knowledge of financial products
- Prefer local candidate
