Title: Sales Development Manager
📍 Location: Ajmer | 🕒 Full-Time

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team and grow our sales pipeline. You’ll coach reps, optimize outreach strategies, and partner with Sales & Marketing to hit revenue goals.

Roles & Requirement: 

Lead and mentor a team of SDRs
Set and track performance KPIs
Refine outreach playbooks and lead qualification
Collaborate across teams to improve pipeline flow
Hire, train, and scale a high-performing team

Requirement:

2+ years of sales Experience.
Must Be a Local Candidate.
Age Criteria : 23 To 38 Years.
Bachelor’s Degree is Mandatory.
