Job Description
Develop and motivate your sales team, recruit and manage Insurance Advisers in your market, and coordinate effectively with the central team.
Primary Duties:
– Engage directly with prospective clients through self-initiated outreach and referrals.
– Meet and surpass monthly sales objectives.
– Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients.
– Uphold the brand’s image with professionalism and integrity.
– Organize and plan all sales-related activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 1+ years in sales
– Age should be between 21 to 38 years
– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
