                                        Senior Agency Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and grow our life insurance agency channel. This role focuses on recruiting and developing top agents, achieving sales targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
  • Design and implement advanced training programs.
  • Set and manage sales targets; monitor and enhance performance.
  • Provide support and resolve issues for agents.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve market presence and drive growth.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Age Criteria 22 – 38
  • Must be a local resident.
