We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Team Leader to recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of 5-6 sales professionals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building your team from the ground up, providing coaching, and driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
Graduation is compulsory (any field).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
