We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Lead Relationship Manager in our Insurance division based in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving insurance sales, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers for insurance products
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Promote suitable insurance solutions based on client needs
Achieve set sales targets consistently

Candidate Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory; MBA is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Insurance sales or BFSI sector
Strong sales and negotiation skills
