Job Description
As a Sales Team Leader – Agency Vertical, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors (agents).
Although this is an individual role, your primary objective will be to build your own network of advisors and enable them to achieve their targets, thereby contributing to the overall success of the agency channel.
Jobs Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of advisors.
- Train and mentor team to develop their sales and business development skills.
- Drive life insurance sales through the agency model and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Motivate advisors to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Organize lead generation activities and support advisors in client acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback for strategic improvements.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in any industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team of advisors remotely.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
