We’re seeking a proactive Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team. This role involves driving pipeline growth, improving outbound and inbound sales strategies, and coaching a team of SDRs to exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the SDR team to hit lead generation targets.
Develop and refine prospecting strategies and workflows.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and lead quality.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize team productivity.

Requirements:
0-2+ years in sales Experience.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with CRM and sales tools.
