- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Team Building: Recruit and onboard a team of 5 to 7 dynamic sales professionals
- Training & Development: deliver comprehensive training programs focused on enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques.
- Performance Management: Regularly monitor team performance against sales targets, provide constructive feedback.
- Leadership & Motivation: Mentor and guide your team members to achieve their potential through continuous coaching, encouragement
- Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals, driving measurable result
REQUIRMENTS:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with field sales experience being highly desirable.Skills & Abilities
