Experience: 1–3 years experience required in any sales and marketing

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring excellent service to drive satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.

Identify client requirements and suggest appropriate services/products.

Follow up regularly to ensure high client satisfaction.

Meet individual and team targets.

Maintain updated client data and reports.

Key Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach.

Local market knowledge; Tamil language preferred.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
