Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead BFSI sales initiatives across the Gujarat region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve targets across Gujarat.
  • Manage and mentor a team of territory sales executives or officers across cities.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor offerings for regional needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BFSI space.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong understanding of Gujarat’s BFSI market dynamics
