Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive/Manager to drive BFSI product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through direct sales, leads, and references.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and offer customized solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory norms.
- Report sales activity and client feedback to management regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–5 years of experience in BFSI sales or financial services
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong local market knowledge
