Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive/Manager to drive BFSI product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through direct sales, leads, and references.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Report sales activity and client feedback to management regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2–5 years of experience in BFSI sales or financial services
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong local market knowledge
