Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development through direct field sales and client meetings.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
• Identify market opportunities, understand client needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is must
• 1–6 years of proven outside sales experience
• Strong communication
• Ability to lead and motivate a field sales team
• Immediate joiners preferred
