Job Summary:
The Financial Services Representative (FSR) serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending financial products, handling account transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Open, maintain, and close various financial accounts, including checking, savings, investment, and loan products.
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and problem resolution.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, investment options, and financial planning resources.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments  to deliver seamless service.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
• 0–2+ years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Must Be a Local Candidate.
