🔹 Role Overview:
The CASA Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales officers to drive acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA). This role involves team management, setting targets, executing field strategies, and ensuring compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of CASA Sales Officers
Drive CASA acquisition through field sales, campaigns, and referrals
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Provide training, support, and motivation to team members
Ensure all account openings meet KYC and compliance standards
Coordinate with branch and operations teams for smooth processing
🔹 Requirements:
Graduate (MBA/PG preferred)
0–2 years of CASA or field sales experience (team handling experience required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Age: 25–35 years
