Job Description
The Area Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned area to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, and promotional activities.
- Submit accurate and timely reports on area sales performance and customer insights.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication
- Ability to work independently
