Sales Representative – Insurance
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell various types of insurance policies (life, health, auto, property, etc.) to individuals or businesses.
- Assess clientsโ needs and propose suitable coverage options.
- Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
- Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, and benefits clearly to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, underwriting policies, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance
- Strong communication
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Knowledge of underwriting and claims processes
