Job Description
A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing sales operations, targets, and relationships within a specific geographic area or “territory.” This role is vital in driving local market performance, channel development, and team supervision, often acting as a bridge between on-ground sales teams and regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address escalations, grievances, or service issues from the ground.
- Recruit, train, and motivate field teams or agents.
- Supervise a team of Sales Officers/Executives, Agents, or Channel Partners.
- Own revenue and volume goals for the assigned territory.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
