Job Title: Agency Sales Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and target-driven Agency Sales Officer to manage agency relationships and drive sales growth. This role involves recruiting and supporting agencies, promoting products, and achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage agencies in the assigned region
• Achieve monthly sales targets through agency networks
• Provide training and support to agencies to drive sales
• Build strong relationships with agency partners
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports
• Identify new business opportunities through agency partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales with Proven Documents
• Must be a local candidate
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned area
