Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and driven Insurance Sales Head to lead and grow our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will oversee agency development, drive business targets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the insurance sales team to meet business targets
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
• Recruit, train, and support agency managers and agents
• Monitor performance and drive productivity across channels
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
• Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, with leadership exposure
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
• Proven track record of achieving business targets
• Local market knowledge is preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
